For over a century, Ladies’ Delight Light has safely guided boaters across Lake Cobbosseecontee at night. Constructed in 1908 by the Cobbosseecontee Yacht Club, its main purpose has remained unchanged throughout the years. Today, the Cobbosseecontee Yacht Club exists to preserve, maintain, and protect this historic lighthouse for future generations. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the club is dedicated to nonprofit lighthouse preservation, ensuring that this landmark continues to define the character, safety, and rich history of the lake.
